Living Loops LLC is an online home textile store based in Louisville, Kentucky, offering decorative pillows, throw blankets, bedspreads, and other soft furnishing products designed to bring warmth and comfort to your home.

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By using our site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products & Pricing

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, images, and prices at any time without prior notice. All prices are listed in US dollars. We make every effort to display product colors and textures accurately; however, actual appearance may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you offer to purchase a product at the listed price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. Payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed securely via Shopify Payments.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Living Loops LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2025

At Living Loops LLC, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as "Final Sale"
Items that have been washed, used, or altered
Gift cards
Seasonal limited-edition collections (noted on product pages)

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at contact@livingloopstextile.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

7. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at contact@livingloopstextile.com. After 24 hours, the order may already be in fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.
